Animal dance

We took the children for our annual visit to The Central School of Speech and Drama, where they watched the students perform as the animals they’d been observing at the zoo.

The children enthusiastically guessed which animals they were watching and bravely tickled the lions, meerkats and penguins. This really helped develop the children’s movement vocabulary and inspired them to set up their own animal show, taking it in turns to be the crocodiles and tigers scaring the other animals.
